Yes! We use high‑quality waxes and safe fragrances to ensure a clean and long‑lasting burn.
Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle, but most of our candles last between 7 hours to 9 days.
Our soaps are made with skin‑friendly ingredients such as natural coconut oils, gentle butters, and high‑quality fragrances or essential oils.
To make them last longer, keep soaps in a dry, well‑ventilated space and avoid leaving them sitting in water.
Yes! We frequently offer gift bundles combining candles and soaps, perfect for gifting.

Our Return Policy
We want you to fall in love with your candles! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please review our return guidelines below to make sure your experience is smooth and simple.
Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Candles: To qualify, candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return request.
How to Start a Return: Before returning any item, contact us at info@lernercandles.ca to receive a return authorization.
Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized candles are non-returnable, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Deliveries: We’re so sorry if your order arrives damaged! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong candle, we’ll send the correct one right away—no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping: If your return isn’t due to damage or error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds: Once we receive your return in good condition, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If returned items are used or not in their original packaging, a partial refund may apply.
Exchanges: Prefer a different scent or size? We’re happy to arrange an exchange, pending availability.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gifts: If you received a candle as a gift, you may be eligible for a store credit instead of a refund.
Shipping Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
